ASSISTANT CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE OFFICER – GRADE II/EXECUTIVE
EXAMINATION – 2013
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) conducts Intelligence Bureau - Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, Grade-II/Executive(ACIO-II) Examination every year across the country. Basically they announce application for Indian Nationals for direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, Grade-II/Executive, General Central Service, Group-‘C’ (Non-Gazetted/Non-Ministerial) in the Intelligence Bureau, (Ministry of Home Affairs), Government of India.
All the details have been clearly prescribed in the Notification announced by Ministry of Home Affairs. It is quite clear that Candidates will be shortlisted through a Written Examinations for Interview and Based on the performance of candidates in Interview she/he will be selected as ACIO. The IB ACIO written examination for the post of ACIO-II/Exe contains two papers namely Paper-I and Paper-II. Paper-I contains General Awareness/ General Knowledge, Reasoning, Comprehension and Mathematical Ability while Paper-II will be designed to check the knowledge of English writing skill and analytical capability of candidates.

People are very curious to know cut off marks of the IB ACIO 2011, IB ACIO 2012 and an Expected cut off marks for IB ACIO 2013. Friends! Let me clear you, It is Ministry of Home Affairs which is involved in the IB ACIO Exam direct or indirect way. Now come on! The Ministry of Home Affairs is not a kind of recruitment organisation who could give you all details and individual score cards.
Try to understand the fact that IB ACIO exam is conducted by MHA, and they just shortlist (based on the marks scored by them) top 1,000 or 15,00 candidates for Interview or they just set the specific cut off marks(standard) and the candidate who acquires a specific standard in the written test are called for Interview. So basically, there is no any short of open cut off and they don't announce anything about cut off marks.
